Eeuwhoek was created with a simple conviction: if you build the landscape carefully, the wine will follow. Set on a south-facing slope along the Scheldt, the vineyard was designed as part of a broader ecological framework. Forest edges, mixed hedgerows, ponds, cover crops, wildflowers and fruit trees were planted alongside the vines. Soil health came first, with long-term balance guiding every decision.
Cool-climate grape varieties inspired by Jura and Switzerland form the backbone of the estate, chosen for their freshness, structure and their ability to respond clearly to site and season.
Eeuwhoek is also a place to gather. At Ooike Wijnhof, our winemaking home, we welcome small groups for tastings, workshops and intimate events, bringing vineyard and table together in a setting designed for conversation. The first estate wines will be released in 2027, the groundwork is already shaping their character.
